Location: Remote position working for Malaga hub

What you will do
- Develop solution specifications and technical components, including integration with other teams and systems.
- Analyze and review Java and Spring Boot-based applications to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability while reducing technical debt.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation.
- Document solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Support CI/CD and delivery processes and manage requests to production support teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of developer experience in the required areas.
- Experience with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin).
- Strong Java background (including J2EE, Java Database Connectivity) and Spring Boot.
- Experience with APIs and microservices, plus CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- High experience with cybersecurity and code quality tools (e.g., Fortify, SonarQube) to resolve and reduce technical debt.
- English and Spanish skills.
