Location: Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: €5,994 - €8,563 per month

What you will do

• Lead multiple DevOps squads and manage the delivery of engineering capabilities for the entire organization.
• Ensure 24/7 IT delivery, continuity, and performance of capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30–40 engineers.
• Drive standardization and simplification to reduce fragmentation in the engineering landscape.
• Embed security and compliance by design into all operational capabilities.
• Align with stakeholders across Tech, Architecture, and Business functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization.
• 5–10+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
• Proven experience with DevOps, Agile, and large-scale engineering.
• Strong leadership skills across people, processes, and technology.
• Deep understanding of risk, security, and compliance.
