What you will do

• Track and manage purchase orders while monitoring inventory levels and escalating delays or discrepancies to stakeholders
• Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and adapt processes to prevent recurring issues
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Buying to align on upcoming operational needs
• Develop Standard Operating Fulfillment Procedures and support process improvements to increase planning accuracy and efficiency
• Track supply and inventory KPIs, run deep dives, and perform ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in supply planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, and process improvement
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an affinity for working with data
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proactive ability to spot discrepancies and flag potential operational issues early
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required (German is a plus)
