What you will do

• Trace fund flows across chains, identify risk patterns, and assess exposure to designated risk categories
• Run AML/CFT transaction monitoring: investigate alerts end-to-end, review KYC/customer profiles, analyze counterparties and wallets, and document rationale
• Recommend case closure or escalation based on findings
• Build, monitor, and maintain compliance automations to operate programs at scale
• Write clear, structured reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Share typologies, red flags, and case learnings to improve monitoring quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset to connect disparate on-chain data points and identify patterns
• Genuine curiosity about how blockchains work mechanically
• High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong written communication to make complex findings readable
• Ownership mindset: run investigations and improvements without waiting to be asked
• Work authorization: work visa sponsorship is not provided

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain analytics tools and explorers (e.g., hirify.global, Etherscan, Chainalysis, Elliptic)
• Familiarity with AML frameworks or financial crime compliance
• SQL or Python skills
