Salary: $171,000–$273,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the enterprise security architecture strategy, roadmap, and target-state operating model across backend operational security domains.
• Develop reference architectures and technical standards for endpoint security, network security, infrastructure security, and vulnerability management.
• Translate governance requirements and business priorities into scalable technical architecture and implementation guidance.
• Architect secure solutions for workforce platforms and internal infrastructure using Zero Trust principles.
• Partner with GRC, Security Engineering, and IAM teams to align technical security capabilities and operationalize policies.
• Shape the long-term strategy for emerging needs related to AI security, automation, and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, or Security Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale security architectures across diverse domains.
• Extensive technical depth in Zero Trust principles and modern backend security design patterns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PKI, enterprise vulnerability management, data protection, and governance integration.
• Experience representing security interests within architecture review boards or enterprise-wide design councils.
• Exceptional documentation skills for creating detailed architecture diagrams and strategic narratives.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in the automotive industry.
• Expert-level knowledge of AI security or security automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, or TOGAF.
