Salary: $193,400 – $290,000 USD (Offers Equity)

What you will do

• Scale document ingestion and processing systems growing at 10x every 6 months.
• Design massive data collection systems across 50+ legal jurisdictions.
• Implement government-level security for top-tier firms and governments.
• Lead development of AI-native features, including agentic orchestration layers, tool calls, and retrieval systems.
• Build and ship across the full stack leveraging React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
• Create intuitive user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, Google Docs, MS Word, and API integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
• Strong experience with Python or related backend technologies.
• Proven track record of building and shipping fast-growing SaaS products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and high attention to detail.
• Must be located in or relocate to New York City or San Francisco.
