TL;DR
Media Buyer FB (iGaming): Creating and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to attract new players to the betting product with an accent on budget management and KPI optimization. Location: Must be based in Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine (Remote or Onsite)

What you will do
- Launch, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to attract new players.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
- Develop marketing hypotheses and perform A/B testing to identify profitable traffic sources.
- Manage advertising budgets and create terms of reference for promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the team to define media strategies and calculate KPI funnels.
- Perform market and competitor analysis and plan traffic streams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience with Facebook Ads in the Betting niche.
- Successful track record of scaling campaigns in CIS and Latam markets.
- Deep understanding of metrics: ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL.
- Proficiency with Antidetect Browsers, Tracking Systems, and cloaking tools (Adspect, Keitaro, etc.).
- English: B1 level or above required.
- Must be located in Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience with other traffic sources: TikTok, BigoAds, Kwai.
- Knowledge of BI and Analytics services such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI.
