What you will do

• Lead the design and long-term evolution of large-scale security services from architecture to production.
• Own cross-cutting initiatives spanning authentication, authorization, identity, and secure access.
• Influence architectural decisions balancing security, reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
• Build and maintain shared libraries and frameworks to standardize security best practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response for security-critical systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in high-scale environments with infrastructure-as-code capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems at scale.
• Significant professional experience with object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines.
• Deep understanding of system reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or operating identity and access management (IAM) systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or hybrid infrastructure at scale.
• Background in security engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Interest in applying automation or AI to improve security posture.
