Junior Proposal Writer

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Create compliant and compelling proposal content by analyzing government solicitation requirements.
• Write and tailor past performance and resume sections for IT solutions across multiple contracts and candidates.
• Develop content using storyboarding and other proposal-writing best practices.
• Integrate win themes, discriminators, and strengths into assigned proposal sections.
• Ensure data accuracy, alignment with proposal strategy, and on-time delivery of required artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience responding to government solicitations, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Ability to write compliant proposal sections for Federal/Civilian and DoD/IC departments and agencies.
• Experience writing and tailoring non-technical proposal content for IT solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical-thinking, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience writing government proposals valued at $25 million or more.
• No security clearance is required.
