What you will do

• Assist with daily engagement across social media channels including Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Support the development and maintenance of social media calendars and community project tracking.
• Draft social media copy and curate community-generated content.
• Monitor gaming trends and community conversations to capture actionable insights.
• Plan and execute community initiatives such as giveaways, Discord activities, and livestreams.
• Analyze engagement metrics to help optimize community strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and online community engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for gaming.
• Organized with strong project management and follow-through capabilities.
• Commitment period of 6 months or longer preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with social media management tools and editorial calendaring.
• Experience moderating or building communities on Discord.
• Knowledge of creative software like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro.
