What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of reporters covering tech, energy, and business beats.
• Shape editorial strategy to drive subscriber growth and audience engagement.
• Edit stories for accuracy, clarity, and impact under tight deadlines.
• Use audience analytics to inform editorial decisions and optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with TV, video, and social media teams for multiplatform distribution.
• Manage breaking news coverage and develop in-depth feature plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets, economics, technology, and politics.
• Proven experience in substantive editing and newsroom leadership.
• Strong understanding of US and APAC business landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or weekends.
