TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in office).

Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross/month.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Improve the structure, quality, and accessibility of the existing data lake house.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into unified datasets.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage across environments.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver reliable, analytics-ready data.
• Automate workflows and improve monitoring for better performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data lakes (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
• Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Fluent English (C1–C2 level).
• Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas).

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance, security, or access control.
• Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Interest in automation, ML pipelines, or AI-based data workflows.
