TL;DR
Agile Delivery Lead (Delivery Management): Coordinating day-to-day activities and delivery management for technology squads with an accent on Agile methodology, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Location: Hybrid role, requires 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Own delivery oversight for squads using Agile values and practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs using Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Remove impediments and dependencies to ensure squads meet their commitments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and protect squads from external interference.
- Drive continuous improvement using DORA and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor other members of the Agile Delivery Chapter.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile frameworks like Kanban, XP, Lean, Scrum, or SAFe.
- Experience supporting complex live solutions and incident management.
- Strong understanding of technical subjects including APIs, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.
Nice to have
- Experience working within Value Streams or service delivery teams.
- Proficiency in using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Experience with data visualization tools for performance tracking.
