What you will do

• Design and develop client applications and components to support Copilot experiences.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and research teams to build next-generation AI products.

• Contribute to a design-driven product development cycle.

Requirements

• Must be local to the Seattle area and able to work in the Redmond office 4 days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience with Python, C#, C++, .NET, or XAML.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience building secure, performant, and well-architected applications.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with Windows debugging tools like WinDBG or Sysinternals.
• Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
