Salary: $158,400 – $304,200 per year (San Francisco Bay Area range)

What you will do

• Architect and implement advanced Copilot features including Deep Research and Web artifact generation.
• Design scalable systems leveraging LLMs to deliver intelligent, user-facing experiences.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess feature performance and user impact.
• Build data collection pipelines to support prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Train and optimize content classifiers to enable context-aware interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to ship high-quality features.

Requirements

• Must be local to the San Francisco area and able to work in office 3 days a week.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience (or 3+ years with Master's, 1+ year with Doctorate).
• Proven experience prompting, evaluating, and working with large language models.
• Proficiency in writing production-quality Python code.
