What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain REST and SOAP services using .NET Core or .NET Framework.
• Publish, govern, and secure APIs via Azure API Management (policies for transform, caching, security, and routing).
• Deploy and operate Azure services including Azure Functions, Web Apps, API Gateway, WAF, Container Apps, and AKS.
• Implement API security (OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, SSL/TLS, RBAC) and secure API design principles.
• Build CI/CD with Azure DevOps and manage infrastructure as code using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM.
• Instrument and troubleshoot services using Application Insights and Log Analytics across application, API, infrastructure, and network layers; support selected on-prem workloads (IIS, Java servers).

Requirements

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining REST and SOAP services with .NET Core or .NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, including API policies for security, routing, caching, and transformations.
• Experience deploying and operating Azure services such as Azure Functions, Web Apps, API Gateway, WAF, Container Apps, and AKS.
• Strong API security knowledge (OAuth 2.0, mutual TLS, SSL/TLS, RBAC) and secure API design practices.
• Experience building CI/CD with Azure DevOps and using infrastructure as code (Bicep, Terraform, or ARM).
• Ability to debug issues across application, API, infrastructure, and network layers in hybrid environments; experience supporting on-prem workloads (IIS and/or Java servers).
