What you will do
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, high-performing software for the Fintech Risk Platform using React and Java/Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and improve risk and compliance capabilities.
- Drive development of AI-enhanced applications using GenAI concepts and frameworks.
- Analyze, identify, and mitigate risks across the Fintech ecosystem by implementing compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Build risk data pipelines and models to ensure automation, consistency, and scalability across Fintech systems.
- Partner with product managers on analytics needs, define metrics, implement executive dashboards, and run A/B testing and experimentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience designing and developing software solutions with expertise in React and Java/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, GPT-3/4, SageMaker, Bedrock) and integrating AI into practical applications.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud solutions, particularly AWS, plus strong familiarity with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in scripting and data tooling such as Python and SQL, including frameworks for data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Fintech concepts, including payment systems, risk analytics, and compliance strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including data storytelling, and proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and analytics teams.
