What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale payment and financial systems.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a mindset for long-term improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver solutions.
• Use GCP services (e.g., Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery) and improve CI/CD, observability, and dev tooling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
