Focus on analyzing operational challenges, recommending improvements, and supporting internal and external stakeholders while maintaining an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Location: Washington, DC; full-time on-site

What you will do
- Develop strategic communications and stakeholder engagement materials that convey mission priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
- Skills in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and operational analysis.
