What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned projects, ensuring smooth handover to business units.
• Develop project governance, reporting structures, and templates to track progress.
• Conduct data analysis and build financial models to support business cases.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to align priorities.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives for the adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management within an international environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data structuring and financial modeling.
• Ability to draft specifications for financial and accounting flows.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and external stakeholders (e.g., Zatca).
• Ideally a Master’s degree in Economics or Project Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or Finance organizations.
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy and Salesforce.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
