What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules across pre-event, execution, and post-event phases.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, including sponsors and vendors.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of event features such as workshops, deals hubs, and roundtable conferences.
• Identify potential risks and implement contingency plans to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams across marketing, logistics, technical, and legal departments to avoid bottlenecks.
• Manage venue and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and quality control.

Requirements

• Experience managing mid-to-large scale trade exhibitions, conferences, sports events, or FMCG launches.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder interaction skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Smart Sheets, and Airtable.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
