What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage event setup, check-in processes, and site breakdown/cleanup.
• Coordinate roles with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Provide real-time updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.
• Handle logistics including repacking and shipping event materials.
• Resolve on-site issues such as missing supplies or technical challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boise, ID
• Availability to work on a contract per-event basis, including nights and weekends
• Experience in executing complex, large-scale and intimate executive-level events
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Fluency in English
