What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities for corporate partners.
• Welcome and inspire participants throughout in-person events.
• Support nonprofit partners in facilitating event logistics.
• Manage group dynamics to ensure a smooth and fun experience.
• Problem-solve on the fly to address any issues during live events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portland, OR
• Fluent in English
• Extremely comfortable with public speaking and group interaction.
• Proven experience with group facilitation and managing dynamics.
• High energy, charismatic personality, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on a contract per-event basis.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, or improv.
