What you will do

• Collaborate with government agencies to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and complex regulatory frameworks.
• Assist clients in drafting comprehensive requests for public tenders and evaluation criteria.
• Manage procurement timelines, budgets, and vendor performance metrics.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance client procurement knowledge and maturity.
• Analyze market needs and identify potential suppliers for public sector projects.

Requirements

• Master degree in applied economics, law, engineering, or related fields.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a consultancy firm or governmental institution.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (C1 level).
• Must have a valid work permit for Belgium.
• Deep knowledge of public tendering procedures, strategies, and threshold amounts.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Belgian and international legislation.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
