What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure using a microservices architecture.
• Deep dive into blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and on-chain features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new blockchain technologies into the platform.
• Contribute to production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.
• Bridge the gap between raw on-chain capabilities and customer-facing wallet features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Proven experience working on high-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and cryptographic primitives.
• Must be based in Poland for this specific compensation structure.

Nice to have

• Experience building blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases.
• Understanding of security best practices for smart contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in development.
• Knowledge of MPC or multi-signature wallet techniques.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
