What you will do

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
• Design and develop blended learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and coaching.
• Create high-quality learning content, including presentations, training materials, and assessment tools.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually for a global workforce.
• Manage learning platforms to organize content, track participation, and generate progress reports.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and subject matter experts to align learning initiatives with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the L&D space with a track record of designing and delivering successful programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS administration and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Multimedia development skills including graphic design and video production.
• Fluency in German, Turkish, or Mandarin.
• Experience driving or supporting Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
