What you will do

• Develop and execute regional P2P expansion strategies and adjust them based on competitive landscape and market shifts.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models.
• Design and optimize merchant onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures to improve liquidity depth and spread competitiveness.
• Improve completion rate, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance; build structured frameworks for regional merchant operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature design; provide feedback on product gaps and regional user behavior differences.
• Track core P2P KPIs, perform data analysis and anomaly detection, and monitor competitor strategies to propose responses.

Requirements

• Location: Remote roles in CIS
• 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China).
• Experience operating P2P markets at major exchanges.
• Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics, spread formation, and regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails).
• Fluent English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience managing regional teams, community contributors, or local operators.
• Understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks.
• Ability to independently explain structural differences between regional P2P markets.
