What you will do

• Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets to identify anomalies and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct structured root-cause analysis to diagnose growth performance and shape actionable recommendations.
• Own the end-to-end execution of growth initiatives, from scoping and planning to delivery and outcome tracking.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Strong logical and quantitative thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Exceptional learning agility and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record of taking full accountability for workstreams and driving measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows.
