What you will do

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments for customers using SAP-backed systems such as SAP Service Cloud and CRM.
• Design precise prompts and LLM workflows to ensure reliable, user-aligned behavior based on SAP business rules.
• Build and configure integrations between hirify.global and external tools (CRMs, ERPs) via OData, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom SAP connectivity, authentication, and data-access patterns (OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA).
• Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior and performance, specifically for integration-dependent paths.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles with proven expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar AI extensions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrable SAP integration experience across BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CX stacks.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, JSON/XML, and API testing tools like Postman.
• Solid understanding of SAP APIs and authentication patterns including OAuth2.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales engineering roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or TypeScript/Node.js tooling.
• Experience with Git-based collaboration and CI/CD pipelines.
