What you will do

• Lead and mentor two high-performing engineering teams responsible for clustering and exposure data systems.
• Drive technical vision and roadmap, balancing reliability, scalability, and speed of iteration.
• Own the re-architecture of exposure systems for real-time fund tracing.
• Evolve next-generation clustering platforms to stay ahead of blockchain landscape changes.
• Partner with data producers, consumers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Establish engineering processes, tooling, and best practices to accelerate team performance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software and data engineering experience with the ability to review code and make architectural decisions.
• Deep expertise in large-scale data processing and distributed systems such as Spark, Flink, or Databricks.
• Proven track record of leading multiple high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience managing across multiple problem domains with a balance of strategic planning and technical contribution.
• Strong focus on system reliability, data correctness, and cost-conscious engineering.
• Interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency protocols.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with blockchain protocols or on-chain data analysis.
• Experience with entity resolution, graph algorithms, or large-scale clustering.
• Familiarity with cost optimization for high-throughput data pipelines.
