What you will do
- Oversee asset adoption across new partners, chains, and regions to identify expansion opportunities.
- Design and execute joint campaigns, owning strategy, creative direction, and post-campaign analysis.
- Evaluate partner performance using onchain data and KPIs to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate on placements and creative assets to maximize discoverability and brand visibility.
- Monitor emerging RWA and DeFi trends to identify new partnerships and storytelling opportunities.
- Coordinate with product, legal, operations, and design teams to ensure compliant and on-brand campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth and marketing within crypto, fintech, or DeFi.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong client-facing communication skills to explain complex tokenized asset concepts simply.
- Solid understanding of onchain data, KPIs, and performance analytics.
- Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance considerations, such as Reg S boundaries and geo-fencing.
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, or RWA products.
