What you will do

• Support and document internal innovation and technology projects from concept to execution.
• Lead project tracking by defining and monitoring OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones.
• Produce technical documentation, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and apply for funding and fiscal incentives such as SIFIDE, PRR, and PT2030.
• Coordinate project progress between internal technical teams and external partners.
• Improve internal R&D processes to ensure high-quality and technically accurate outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in innovation, R&D, or technology-driven projects.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured and understandable documentation.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with funding instruments like SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030, or Horizon Europe.
• Background in consulting, innovation management, or R&D support activities.
• Experience in the broadcast, media, or software sectors.
