What you will do
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end projects using SAS (EG, DI, Viya).
- Develop complex SQL queries and implement data modeling and integration strategies.
- Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and tools like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Lead technical and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform technical business analysis to align solutions with industry standards.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction.
- Proven experience in Data Engineering, Warehousing, or Data Integration.
- Expertise in SAS (SAS EG, SAS DI, SAS Viya) and complex SQL.
- Experience with Tableau, Python, Power BI, or major Cloud providers.
- Track record of leading technical teams and delivering end-to-end projects.
- Willingness to travel and work on client sites for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Experience with Enterprise ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Alteryx).
- Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Oracle, Pega, or Salesforce.
- Background in the financial services sector.
- Experience in line management and staff mentoring.
