Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment): Supporting local and global recruitment processes through talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS administration with an accent on candidate communication, pipeline building, and organized hiring operations. Focus on engaging professional networks, conducting pre-screen interviews, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid
Salary: €7.50 gross per hour

What you will do
- Source and approach candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Build and engage a network and pipeline of professional contacts.
- Conduct cold calls and pre-screen interviews.
- Support job description creation, advertising, interviewing, and recruitment process coordination.
- Coordinate candidates and maintain their data in the ATS.
- Support senior Talent Acquisition colleagues and contribute to global projects.
Requirements
- Advanced English, minimum B2 level, and Slovak.
- Strong interest in gaining new experience and knowledge.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
