What you will do

• Ensure quality control across internal processes and develop quality standards and SOPs.
• Verify correctness of content configuration, access and key management, and integration parameters.
• Validate data within admin panels, CRM systems, and internal tools.
• Perform smoke and sanity checks after system changes.
• Analyze and categorize errors to identify root causes and frequency.
• Collaborate with external partners on quality and integration-related topics.

Requirements

• Experience in QA, QC, technical support, or operations roles.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration principles.
• Ability to work with JSON, logs, and admin interfaces.
• Proficiency with Postman and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• English proficiency sufficient for documentation and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working with third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Basic automation skills (Python, scripts, or no-code tools).
• Understanding of release processes.
