What you will do
- Test playable content and features, evaluating results and reporting discovered issues.
- Perform regression tests, bug hunts, and continuous testing.
- Provide feedback and end-user opinions at every step of feature development.
- Collaborate with developers from various departments throughout the bug life cycle.
- Establish QA procedures and workflows.
- Lead and manage a small team of four testers.
Requirements
- Relevant experience with game testing, including knowledge of test types and the software development life cycle.
- Proven experience with team management.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to orient yourself in a dynamic environment.
- English: B2 or higher for daily communication.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence) or other bug-tracking tools.
- Knowledge of agile testing principles.
- Knowledge of Arma Reforger game.
