What you will do

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues to maintain system functionality.
• Support the implementation, testing, and modification of system updates for clinical workflows.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on system enhancements and user security management.
• Assist with project coordination, including planning, documentation, and risk management.
• Manage data transfers and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR two years of relevant experience.
• Proven proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory modules.
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and user support.
• Ability to work onsite in a standard office environment and travel to affiliated sites as needed.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, or DICOM is highly preferred.
