What you will do

• Develop and customize high-performance AEM solutions for large-scale digital experiences.
• Build and optimize custom AEM components, editable templates, and modular workflows.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and marketing leads to translate business requirements into features.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Support code deployments and release management within the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide architectural recommendations and maintain structured documentation for platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional experience developing enterprise solutions in AEM Sites.
• Proven hands-on experience with custom AEM components, workflows, and templates.
• Strong core Java skills and deep experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
• Practical knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be able to maintain full availability to overlap with Middle East business hours (GMT+3 / GMT+4).
