TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brighton, UK (Hybrid: 1 day/week remote).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealers using the platform.
  • Build genuine connections with car sellers and dealers to foster trust.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Solve creative challenges to ensure a smooth vehicle buying journey.
  • Champion the customer experience by identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to provide efficient and seamless support.
