Location: Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia.

What you will do

• Lead the creation of complex motion graphics, animations, and VFX for EGM development (real-time and pre-rendered).
• Define the creative vision for animations and establish high standards for visual impact and quality.
• Partner with Game Designers to optimize game flow, event pacing, and player-facing moments.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into production workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate content creation.
• Innovate by developing new animation techniques and incorporating advanced particle systems and motion graphics.
• Create promotional content for games and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall player experience.

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of professional animation experience.
• Expertise in 2D animation and special effects using After Effects and Unity.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D animation software such as Spine, Maya, and Blender.
• Deep understanding of EGM-specific animation (reel spins, transitions, bonus features, and jackpot effects).
• Proven track record of leading animation projects within the gaming industry.
• A relevant portfolio link is mandatory for application consideration.
