Social Media Designer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Produce static graphics, motion designs, and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and other digital platforms.
• Concept and deliver multi-channel campaigns with Social Media, Promo, and CRM teams.
• Use AI image and video generation tools to accelerate production and explore new visual directions.
• Review external agency work and provide constructive feedback to maintain brand standards.
• Track design trends, viral formats, and emerging creative tools to keep content visually distinctive.
• Manage workflows, revisions, and deadlines using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, motion design, and video editing, supported by a portfolio of social-first creative.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content specifications, algorithmic behavior, and performance-driven creative.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Freepik, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Experience in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a related gaming and entertainment sector.
• Experience collaborating with or reviewing external creative agencies and providing actionable feedback.
