Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (3 days/week on-site). No relocation sponsorship provided.

Salary: SEK 54,000–70,000 per month

What you will do

• Drive growth experiments end-to-end, from forming hypotheses and feasibility to implementation and analysis.
• Design and instrument experiments using Confidence and HEX to ensure data quality.
• Build disciplined tracking and instrumentation to produce trustworthy results.
• Solve product problems to drive measurable movement in KPIs across acquisition, activation, and conversion.
• Lead technical discussions to raise the bar on experimentation craft within the team.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to frame and prioritize product bets.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in growth engineering and experimentation.
• Proven track record of running the full growth loop: hypothesis, ideation, implementation, and post-experiment analysis.
• Ability to independently own and solve complicated problems with multiple dependencies.
• Data-savvy mindset, comfortable forming and answering your own data questions.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset, energized by ambiguity.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
