What you will do

• Deliver practical training on building agents in Copilot Studio, apps in Power Apps, and automations in Power Automate.
• Coach colleagues on working within client guidance, governance models, approved environments, and platform guardrails.
• Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve existing low-code solutions.
• Create reusable templates, example solutions, guides, and learning materials to accelerate high-quality builds.
• Run demonstrations, workshops, live build sessions, and drop-in support for colleagues and maker communities.
• Review ideas, provide feedback on self-serve vs incubation vs strategic delivery, and help shape use cases for future investment.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Power Platform developer with practical delivery across Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong troubleshooting skills: diagnosing issues, fixing bugs, and coaching colleagues through technical problems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching sessions and supporting citizen development in a large organization.
• Confidence creating practical learning content, reusable assets, and examples that improve consistency and delivery speed.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to encourage safe experimentation and recognize when to escalate use cases.
