Content & Copy Creative (Mid-Level)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with two days per month in the Warsaw office and remote work on other days

Salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Develop copy for social media, digital channels, and integrated campaigns.
• Create native social content for formats including Reels and TikTok.
• Monitor cultural and social trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production specialists across digital touchpoints.
• Take creative projects from initial concept through client approval.
• Maintain content calendars and contribute ideas and insights during brainstorms and creative reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience creating smart, social-first online content.
• Fluent English and strong understanding of internet and social media culture.
• Ability to turn broad ideas into precise copy for different channels.
• Strategic approach to creativity, with the ability to question the purpose behind the work.
• Interest in culture, interior design, and the creative industry.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines, with effective collaboration skills.
