What you will do

• Create and edit short-form social content using CapCut, Canva, and native platform tools.
• Identify and adapt cultural and platform trends into quick, relevant content ideas.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions to build brand engagement.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and creative teams to ensure impactful content.
• Monitor performance and community feedback to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1) required for global collaboration.
• Proven experience in social content creation or community management.
• Deep familiarity with the football industry, specifically Premier League and LaLiga.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture and native editing features.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle fast turnarounds and lo-fi production.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with YouTube, X, or LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
