We are looking for a strong AI/ML Engineer to contribute to a complex AI-focused project on a project-based engagement, with the flexibility to combine this opportunity with their current role.

Обязанности
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI-powered solutions for real business and product needs.
- Work across different ML domains and use cases, including classical ML, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, Generative AI, or similar areas.
- Contribute to model experimentation, evaluation, optimization, and production readiness.
- Support architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design.
- Apply best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Mentor or support junior ML specialists when needed.

Требования
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in at least one ML area, such as classical ML, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, Generative AI, or similar.
- Broad understanding of ML concepts, tools, workflows, and practical applications.
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LangChain, or similar.
- Ability to build practical ML solutions aligned with real product and business goals.
- Experience taking part in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and project planning.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- English level B2 or higher.
