What you will do

• Deliver high-quality features for SaaS products using full-stack technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and support team members in evolving best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to execute the technical roadmap.
• Build and strengthen the developer community through knowledge sharing and guilds.
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure smooth delivery of improvements.
• Maintain focus on testing, CI/CD, and system scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Expertise in developing microservices with Node.js.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and search technologies like Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills for a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services and DevOps principles.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS.
• Knowledge of modern frontend tools like Vite or Next.js.
• Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress.
