What you will do

• Define the end-to-end architecture for the Financial Cloud, including module versioning and dependency-graph engines.
• Establish platform standards for API contracts, inter-module communication, and supply-chain security policies.
• Design and implement a multi-site GitOps model using ArgoCD or Flux.
• Develop change-impact analysis systems for PR-level computation and selective test orchestration.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements across global jurisdictions.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead architectural reviews to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in platform or infrastructure architecture.
• Proven experience designing large-scale developer platforms used by 100+ engineers.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including operators, CRDs, and multi-cluster management.
• Expert-level knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), Kustomize, and Helm.
• Strong proficiency in Go and distributed systems design.
• Experience with supply-chain security standards like SLSA, SBOM, and artifact signing.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech or internal platform organizations at major cloud providers.
• Experience with graph databases like Neo4j or Dgraph for dependency analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP platform services.
