What you will do

• Monitor and audit client-facing communications including calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback sessions to commercial employees.
• Conduct audits for the chatbot and help center content to ensure accuracy.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps and process improvements.
• Prepare regional reports to highlight challenges and drive performance.
• Act as a buddy for new hires and provide quality training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience
• Fluent in English and Bengali (written and spoken)
• Ability to relocate to Malaysia
• Strong coaching, feedback, and analytical skills
• Experience in financial services or forex is a plus
