What you will do

• Build and maintain automated tests for web, API, and complex workflow systems.
• Test critical insurance flows such as quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and payments.
• Improve regression testing processes and release checks to ensure high quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Track bugs, identify root causes, and support manual testing where automation is not yet implemented.
• Establish and maintain QA standards and documentation to improve overall release confidence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation, software testing, or test engineering.
• Ability to build practical automated tests for real-world product flows.
• Strong understanding of web, API, and regression testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify complex edge cases.
• Clear communication skills for reporting bugs and risks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.
